1.Choosing the topic.
The topic "challenges of being a professor in the US" considering many future teachers aspire to teach in this country and they probably have many questions about it.
2.Choosing the speaker
Dr. Mavel M. Marina was therefore chosen as she has experience as a teacher in the US.
3.Delegating roles to the classmates
We made teams to do the tasks needed to do the conference. Some teams spread information about the conference and others focused on the logistics of the event.
4.Spreading information
The poster for the event was made and shared in Facebook and Instragram pages, as a group each of us shared the posts of these pages to spread the information.
5.The conference as an AFI and the poster in the school page
The conference was entered as an AFI, this way it could be even more benefitial to the students. The page of the school also posted the poster.
6.The event
The event was finally carried out in the Alfonso Reyes Auditorium at around 4:10. To no get confused, our group decided to make a distinction between the staff and the presenters, therefore the staff wore black and the presenters white.
